Hout Bay is a town near Cape Town, situated in a valley on the Atlantic seaboard of the Cape Peninsula, twenty kilometres south of the Central Business District of Cape Town.
Simon’s Town
Simon's Town, sometimes spelled Simonstown, is a town near Cape Town, South Africa, which is home to the South African Navy. It is located on the shores of False Bay, on the eastern side of the Cape Peninsula.
Boulders Beach
Boulders Beach is a sheltered beach made up of inlets between granite boulders, from which the name originated. It is located in the Cape Peninsula, near Simon's Town towards Cape Point.
Cape Point
Cape Point is a promontory at the southeast corner of the Cape Peninsula, which is a mountainous and scenic landform that runs north-south for about thirty kilometres at the extreme southwestern tip of the African continent. Although these two rocky capes are very well known, neither cape is actually the southernmost point of the mainland of Africa; that is Cape Agulhas, approximately 150 kilometres to the east-southeast.
Chapman’s Peak
One of the most scenic drives you will ever experience. Chapman's Peak is the name of a mountain on the western side of the Cape Peninsula, about 15 kilometers south of Cape Town, South Africa. It is opposite the inlet on which the town of Hout Bay is centred.
Camps Bay
Camps Bay boasts beautiful white beaches. Camps Bay is an affluent suburb of Cape Town. In summer it attracts a large number of foreign visitors as well as South Africans.
Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens
Kirstenbosch is an important botanical garden nestled at the eastern foot of Table Mountain in Cape Town. The garden is one of nine National Botanical Gardens covering five of South Africa's six different biomes and administered by the South African Biodiversity Institute.
